My Approach

I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, recognising the deep connection between mind and body in fostering emotional and physical wellbeing. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where individuals and couples can explore their experiences, understand their challenges, and work towards meaningful change.

Every client and relationship is unique, and I tailor my approach to suit individual and relational needs. I draw from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Somatic Therapies, Guided Imagery, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

This integrative framework allows me to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, limerence and obsessive love, as well as couples therapy, while also supporting personal growth and resilience.
